The photograph shows a far view of the bronze monument memorializing DeWitt Clinton and the surrounding area of Bay Side Dell, as seen from Bay Grove Hill. Elaborate landscaping featuring planters and a variety of trees can be seen on the central grassy expanse of the dell. This lot would later become the final resting place of Nathaniel Currier of Currier & Ives fame. |
